Following the announcement of local 4-hour strikes (1:00 PM - 5:00 PM) by ENAV and GH staff at Venice airport and Airport Handling staff at Milan Linate and Bologna airports, scheduled for Friday, 5 July 2024, there may be some changes to ITA Airways' flight operations. The Airline has been forced to cancel 24 domestic flights, all scheduled for 5 July 2024.

ITA Airways advises all travelers who have purchased a ticket for the day of the strike to check the status of their flight before going to the airport, on the ita-airways.com website, in the Flight Info page, or by contacting the travel agency where they purchased the ticket.
Travelers holding tickets and eventually affected by a cancellation or schedule change of the above ITA Airways flights on 5 July can rebook their flight at no additional cost or penalty. Alternatively, they may request a full ticket refund (only if the flight is cancelled or the delay on departure exceeds 5 hours) by 8 July 2024, by calling the airline at +39 06 8596 0020* or by contacting the travel agency where the ticket was bought.
