before proceeding we consider it appropriate to inform you that, at the moment, the Volare area, the registration, your personal area and the correspondence relating to participation in the program are only available in Italian and English.
ITA Airways has already taken steps to ensure that the entire Volare program and the connected communication flow are made available as soon as possible in the language of your country.
ITA Airways has decided to extend the suspension of flights to and from Tel Aviv until December 31st 2025 (including flights AZ809 and AZ815 scheduled on January 1st 2026). Passengers can either have their flight rebooked at a later date or refunded.
Please check the flight status in the Flight Info section on our website before heading to the airport.
