Flight Pass Business Class Promotion is a package of prepaid vouchers to be used for the subsequent issuance of tickets on a single route, which allows you to travel from Rome Fiumicino and Milan Linate to destinations in Europe, Middle East or North Africa in all periods of the year, at the fares chosen at the time of purchase.
Are there any restrictions or limitations on use?
The Flight Pass has restrictions regarding the booking class, which varies depending on the travel class chosen (Business) at the time of purchase, and is subject to the relevant conditions of the Flight Pass purchased.
Are there taxes or extra costs?
Absolutely not! The price of the Flight Pass refers to the fare with taxes and surcharges always included, for all tickets issued.
What services does Flight Pass include?
Tickets issued include transport on flights operated directly by ITA Airways in the selected travel class (Business) and related services:
Baggage allowance:
For Business Class, one piece of hand baggage is permitted, weighing a maximum of 8 kg, whereas checked baggage is not allowed.

What are single-route tickets?
Every ticket issued can only be used on a single route: in the case of a one-way trip, e.g. Rome-London, one ticket is issued; in the case of a return trip, e.g. Rome-London-Rome, two tickets are issued, the first for the Rome-London route and the second for the London-Rome route.
Can I transfer the Flight Pass to someone else?
No, the Flight Pass is non-transferable and can only be used by passengers indicated by the buyer.
Are codeshare flights included in the offer?
No, you cannot book flights that are not operated directly by ITA Airways.
Can I share my Flight Pass with other people?
Yes, of course! You can share with up to 12 people.
How can I share my Flight Pass with other people?
- You must enter the first passenger's name at the time of buying the Flight Pass and then add the other names within the booking period (14 days before travel). Once you add a name, you cannot delete it or change it to another name;
- Each passenger may travel alone, or with one or more passengers per flight. Any passenger travelling alone cannot be an unaccompanied minor under the age of 16;
- Once the Flight Pass has been purchased, it is not possible to increase the number of passengers;
- Minors under the age of 16 can be added, but they cannot travel alone, as the "Unaccompanied Minors" procedure is not permitted.
How can I add the names of passengers after the first one?
To add subsequent passengers to your Flight Pass, click here to enter the "Flight Pass" section, then select "Book flights" and, once you are redirected to the dedicated platform, log in using your "Username" and "Password". Next, enter the "Manage Passes", "Add Passengers" section and select the Flight Pass purchased, then enter the name of each passenger and confirm.
If I buy a Flight Pass Business Class Promotion, what is the minimum number of tickets that each passenger can issue?
The minimum number of flights each passenger must fly is 1.
Can I purchase a Flight Pass to allow a minor under the age of 16 to travel alone?
No, the Flight Pass cannot be used by minors under the age of 16 unless accompanied by an adult. The "Unaccompanied Minors" procedure is not permitted.
Is there any discount on the Flight Pass for minors under the age of 16?
No, there is no discount on the Flight Pass for minors under the age of 16.
Can I request an invoice when buying a Flight Pass?
Yes, at the time of making the purchase you can request an invoice by filling in a specific form.
USING THE FLIGHT PASS: ISSUING A TICKET
How do I turn my voucher into a ticket?
To issue a ticket, click here and select “Book flights”; once you have been redirected to the dedicated platform, log in using your “Username” and “Password”, select “Book flights”, select the Flight Pass purchased, the flight, the date, the departure time and the passenger receiving the ticket, then confirm and issue the ticket. You can search for and book ITA Airways flights as per the parameters selected in the Flight Pass.
Can I change or cancel the ticket?
Once the ticket has been issued, before the flight departure, it is possible to change the date and time of the flight booked, subject to payment of a booking change supplement of €30 (ticket exchange only possible on the web platform and subject to availability of the dedicated booking class). Cancellation is not possible and the ticket is not refundable (refund is provided only in case of certified illness and/or death of the passenger and/or first degree relatives, as laid down by the ITA Airways General Conditions of Transport).
Can I issue a ticket for a flight departing after the expiry of the “travel period”?
No, it is not possible to issue tickets after the “travel period” has expired.
What happens if I cannot use all the tickets before the “travel period” expires?
Unused tickets will not be refunded.
If I purchase a Flight Pass Business Class Promotion on October 2nd with a “travel period” of 3 months and a “booking period” of 14 days before travel, until when can I issue tickets?
In the case mentioned, you can issue tickets until December 19th. Tickets issued must be flown no later than January 2nd.
USING THE FLIGHT PASS: CHANGING A TICKET
How can I change the date and time of my ticket?
To change the date and time of your ticket, click here, select “Book flights” and, once you have been redirected to the dedicated platform, log in using your “Username” and “Password”, go to “Manage Booking” > “Change Flight”, select the Flight Pass purchased and the booking to be changed, then issue the ticket subject to paying the supplement.
