Club Smart is the gateway to the world of the Volare program. Access to Club Smart entitles you to several benefits, such as:
- Start earning points for every euro you spend on flights sold and operated by ITA Airways and ITA Airways services;
- Enjoy access to a large network of sales partners for the accumulation and use of points;
- Purchase accessory services using points.
In Club Smart, you can find out about all the program's services, start collecting Volare points and, of course, use them to obtain flight rewards through the Cash&Points mode!
Collecting points is so easy! For every Euro* spent on ITA Airways flights or services (excluding airport taxes), you will earn 10 points, and thanks to point accelerators, you can earn up to 100% more points depending on the class, destination and fare you choose for your flight. To get your points credited, remember to always enter your Volare code, both when you book your flight and when you check in. Click here for details on how to earn points.
In addition, you will be able to view your points balance in your personal area, where you will be able to see in detail all of your points earned and spent. You may also be able to request points from your flights that have not been credited to you by using the "Request Points" feature.
