WHERE YOU CAN FIND THIS SERVICE
This service is available:
- Aboard the complete long-haul fleet (Airbus A350, A330-200 and A330neo);
- Aboard the Airbus A320neo, A321neo and A220, relating to the short- and medium-haul fleet.
The connection service will be active on all aircraft from an altitude of 10,000 ft, with the exception of the Airbus A220, where it will be available from the boarding to the disembarking stage.

The range of services varies according to the type of aircraft, the route (medium or long haul) and the duration of the flight.
By logging in to the in-flight portal, you can find the services on your flight and their features, allowing you to choose the package that best suits your needs.
HOW TO CONNECT
To activate in-flight connection, you need to perform these simple steps:
- Put your device in Airplane mode and turn on Wi-Fi;
- When allowed, connect your PC, tablet or smartphone to ITAAirwaysWIFI, open the browser and you will be automatically directed to the ITA Airways portal.
- Select the Internet package you want by following the instructions on your device.

How to get your free package? Easy:
- On Airbus A330neo and Airbus A350:
- Go to the onboard portal;
- Enter the required information in the exclusive offers credentials verification space;
- Select your Courtesy Pass and log in.
- On Airbus A330-200:
- Go to the onboard portal;
- Select the Free Messaging package from the available options.

Please Note:
The Wi-Fi service, available on board the Airbus A320neo and A220, is being phased in gradually and will be available on board the entire fleet by the end of 2024.
Phone service is available only on the Airbus A330-200 aircraft. The availability of the service and international roaming charges applied depend on your operator’s agreement with the roaming service provider on board (Aircraft).
The service is satellite-based.
