For all those requiring a Flight Certification, ITA Airways provides an email address where you can request documentation relating to your flights: certificazionidivolato@ita-airways.com.

The request shall be accompanied by:

• a personal document (identity card or passport);
• the ticket number relating to the trip to be certified (the certificate can only be requested for flights operated by ITA Airways);
• a contact phone number.

Our Customer Center will review the documents you submit and contact you to finalize your request. The fee for this service is €12 plus VAT.

Payment may be made via all the major credit/debit card circuits:  

• AMERICAN EXPRESS
• DINERS 
• MASTERCARD AND VISA

At the end of the transaction, you will receive an email at the address provided containing a document on ITA Airways headed paper confirming the flight(s) you have taken and specifying the cost of the ticket(s).

At the same email address you can also request a “NON Flight Certification” certifying that you have not taken certain flights.

We wish to inform you that ITA Airways, as the Data Controller of your personal data, will collect and process the personal data you provide to obtain the certification. This data is required for the sole purpose of verifying the identity of the applicant and to give approval and/or respond to any disputes relating to the request submitted.

The processing of the data will take place in full compliance with the principles of fairness, in accordance with the provisions of the legislation pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 and subsequent amendments (Legislative Decree No. 101/2018).
