TRIPLE POINTS PROMOTION ON INTERCONTINENTAL FLIGHTS

Customers registered in the Volare program, who take one or more flights sold and operated by ITA Airways (excluding flights sold in code-share) between 10/20/2023 and 12/31/2023 to and from an intercontinental destination, will receive triple Volare points.

The promotion applies to one-way and return flights sold and operated by ITA Airways, and only to the direct routes covered by the promotion. For bookings that include routes not covered by the promotion, points will only be credited for the included routes. For instance, on the Milan-Rome-Rome-Boston route (with a layover in Rome), points will be credited only for the Rome-Boston leg. Triple points will be considered non-qualifying.

Passengers with group bookings are included in the promotion.

DESTINATIONS THAT MAKE YOU FLY: ITA NETWORK

All customers signed up for the Volare program who purchase one or more flight – sold and operated by ITA Airways – between 26/07/2023 and 30/07/2023 flying between 01/08/2023 and 30/09/2023 on all ITA Airways routes, will receive double Volare points.

The promotion is valid on routes sold and operated by ITA Airways throughout the network. Double points will be considered non-qualifying.

Passengers with group bookings are included in the promotion.

Points will be credited within 45 days following the date of the flight.

INVITE YOUR FRIENDS

Due to serious technical reasons, the initiative ended earlier than the originally announced deadline. If, as a result of ongoing checks, fraudulent conduct by third parties is identified, the Company reserves the right to take action against those responsible to protect its interests.

Via the function "Invite your friends" found in your personal area, all Volare members who invite their friends to join the ITA Airways loyalty program will have the opportunity to collect points.

For each successful sign-up, until 30/07/2023 you will receive 1,000 Volare points and your friend 2,000 points

The points will be awarded to the first ten friends to complete their registration after receiving the invitation. You can continue to invite other friends after the first ten, but no further bonus points will be allocated for either the sender or recipient of the invitation.

The bonus points will be considered non-qualifying.

Points will be credited from 48 hours after the promotion ends.

The promotion is deemed valid only on the single route being promoted. With reservations that also include routes not covered by the promotion, points will only be awarded for the routes on promotion.

Double points will be considered qualifying and non-qualifying.

THE SUSTAINABLE FLIGHT CHALLENGE 2023

All Volare passengers holding a ticket for one of the flights included in the Challenge who perform at least one of the following sustainable actions will receive additional Volare points:

Check-in online: 2000 points
Green mobility, i.e. reaching the airport via sustainable means of transport: 2000 points
Offsetting CO2 emissions through the Chooose platform: 2000 points

Performing at least two sustainable actions will earn the passenger 3000 bonus points.

*The initiative is for Volare members who did not join the previous similar promo ("Invite Your Friends" 29/11/2022 - 02/01/2023) or who joined but did not have the opportunity to use the full amount of invitations available to them. This means that in the latter case, points awarded will be limited to the remaining invitations, with a maximum total of ten recipients to complete their registration.

VOLARE BIRTHDAY: DOUBLE POINTS PROMOTION

All customers enrolled in the Volare program who take one or more flights sold and operated by ITA Airways to all destination during the period between 1 March 2023 and 31 March 2023 (last allowed return) will receive double Volare points.

The points are to be considered qualifying and non-qualifying.

VOLARE BIRTHDAY: WELCOME BONUS 2,000 POINTS

Everyone who signs up for the Volare loyalty program during the period from 24 February 2023 to 31 March 2023 is eligible for the promotion.

The Welcome Bonus is awarded once you have completed your registration and amounts to 2,000 qualifying and non-qualifying points.

The points will be credited by 31 March 2023.

The promotion cannot be combined with other welcome bonuses.

PROMOTION: DOUBLE VOLARE POINTS ON SELECTED ROUTES

All members of the Volare program purchasing one or more flights sold and operated by ITA Airways between 26/01/2023 and 28/02/2023 to fly within 28/02/2023 on selected routes and to specific destinations, will earn double Volare points.

The promotion is only valid on the single route involved in the promotion. For bookings including routes outside the scope of the promotion, points will be credited only for the flights within the promotion scope.

Double points will be considered qualifying and non qualifying.

The promotion includes passengers with group bookings.

CHRISTMAS IS COMING: 3,500 POINTS PROMOTION

All customers enrolled in the Volare program who already own or have purchased a flight both sold and operated by ITA Airways to fly in the period from 15/11/2022 to 15/12/2022 to any destination, will receive 3,500 Volare points.

Points will be credited only for the first ticket flown in the indicated period.

The points are to be considered qualifying and non-qualifying.

Passengers with group bookings are excluded from the promotion.

ITA AIRWAYS' ANNIVERSARY: DOUBLE VOLARE POINTS PROMOTION

All clients registered in the Volare program who purchase one or more flights sold and operated by ITA Airways between 15/10/2022 and 15/11/2022 to flight in the period between 15/10/2022 and 31/12/2022 (last return date) will obtain double Volare points.

Double points will be considered as qualifying and non qualifying.

STATUS MATCH SUMMER 2022: SUMMARY CONDITIONS

1) It is possible to participate in the Volare - ITA Airways status match campaign from 2 August to 30 September 2022.

2) To participate you must:

- join the ITA Airways Volare program, if you are not already a member.
- be in possession of an airline ticket in your own name which is simultaneously sold and operated by ITA Airways. Only tickets with a travel date after 2 August 2022 will be admitted.
- be in possession of a premium card of a loyalty program of one of the airlines listed below. Valid cards and cards expiring in 2019-2020-2021-2022 will be accepted. Only cards on which the applicant's name and surname are written in Latin characters, as shown on their identity document, will be considered valid.

- request the matching of their status in the manner described below.

3) Only members belonging to the premium clubs can join the Status Match campaign (clubs not accessible with the sole registration to the program, for example Ulisse, Freccia Alata, Freccia Alata Plus, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Frequent Traveler, Senator, HON Circle). Those who have already joined the previous editions of the same campaign and who have already been granted access to one of our exclusive clubs as provided therein will not be able to take part in this Status Match campaign.

4) The new status and the related digital card will be recognized in the ITA Airways systems as soon as the matching process has been completed and the members will receive a service communication via email confirming this recognition within 60 days of the request.

5) In case of failure to match the status, the members will receive an email to inform them of the negative result.

6) Any requests that do not include all the requested data or that are accompanied by illegible documentation will not be processed.

How to request a Status Match?

Request a Status Match and join one of our exclusive clubs by completing two simple steps:

1) If you haven't already subscribed, sign up to the Volare program

2) Send an email from the address with which you signed up for the Volare program to statusmatch@ita-airways.com following the instructions below:

a. Contained in the subject of the email: Status Match 2022

b. Listed in the text of the email: Full name; "Program of origin" and "Status of origin" (e.g. Miles & More – HON Circle); Volare Frequent Flyer number, ticket number (according to the criteria listed in point 2 of the summary conditions)

c. Please attach a legible copy of your current valid Frequent Flyer program card (digital or physical) and a copy of your identity card¹ (pdf, jpg format)

Your Status Match request will be reviewed and you will be sent a email to confirm if your status has been recognized within 60 days.

¹ The data on the identity card will not be processed but will be used exclusively to verify that the name and surname shown on it match those on the loyalty card.

Privacy Status Match Policy

STATUS MATCH SPRING 2022: SUMMARY CONDITIONS

1) The initiative is for members belonging to the premium tier of the Frequent Flyer Programs of the following selected airlines:

2) From 15 March to 15 April 2022, members can participate in the Status Match campaign by registering for the Volare program of ITA Airways (if they are not already members) and request for us to match their current status within another loyalty program so they can access one of our exclusive clubs.

3) The Status Match campaign can only be joined by members belonging to premium tiers (tiers not accessible simply by signing up to the program, e.g. Ulisse, Freccia Alata, Freccia Alata Plus, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Frequent Traveller, Senator, HON Circle). Those who have already joined the previous edition of the same campaign and who have already been granted access to one of our exclusive clubs as provided therein will not be able to take part in this Status Match campaign.

4) The new status will be recognized in ITA Airways systems as soon as the matching process is completed and the members will receive a service communication via email confirming this recognition by 15/05/2022.

5) If the status is not matched, you will receive an email of negative result no later than 15/05/2022 in which it will be specified which guidelines indicated in the regulation have not been followed.

6) The new status will be available and visible to members as soon as the process is completed matching process and by 15/05/2022.

7) The digital card will be available and visible to members as soon as the matching process is completed and at latest by 15/05/2022.

8) Membership of the exclusive club recognized under this Status Match campaign will be valid for 1 (one) calendar year starting from 15/04/2022.

9) Any requests that do not include all the requested data or that are accompanied by illegible documentation will not be processed

PROMOTION: DOUBLE POINTS

All clients registered in the Volare program who purchase a flight sold and operated by ITA Airways between 01/03/2022 and 31/03/2022 scheduled to fly in the period between 01/03/2022 and 31/08/2022 (last return date) will obtain double Volare points.

Double points will be considered qualifying and non-qualifying and will be credited by September 31, 2022.

PROMOTION: 10,000 POINTS WELCOME BONUS

Eligible for the promotion are all those who sign up for the Volare loyalty program by November 15, 2021, and who have purchased one round-trip flight or two single-trip flights scheduled to take place by December 31, 2021.

The Welcome Bonus is awarded once you have completed your registration and amounts to 10,000 qualifying and non-qualifying points.

The points will be credited by 28/02/2022.
